Available Sites - There are approximately 400 powered sites (cost $560) and a limited number of unpowered sites (cost $460).

Receipt of your Registration - This will be issued within 14 days of submitting a registration.  The receipt will contain your personal 'ID Code', bank details and address of the treasurer.  No payment is required until you receive an ackowledgement that your registration has been received.  Please use your 'Rally ID Code' when you are making any payments, either by EFT (electronic funds transfer) or by cheque

Initial payment - A $50 payment is required within a reasonable period. The $50 administration fee will be held and will not be refunded if you cancel your registration.

Time Frame - Registration close 30th June 2025.  To secure your site, all payments must be paid no later than 30th June 2025.  No late payments will be accepted at the national rally.

Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to NSW Association of Caravan Clubs Inc.

Your 'Rally ID code' should be included in all future communication with the Registrar and also used when making any future payments.

The deposit and any future payments should be made as follows:

Fees Payable per Van

While most welcome, due to the unprecedented demand created by early bookings for the 19th National Rally, the committee has seen the need to change the terms and conditions. Payments, received after 1st May 2023, will retain $50 of the initial payment which will not be refundable if the booking is cancelled.

This will assist in ensuring a level of commitment to the remaining sites booked, and assist in covering some of the administration expenses. Existing bookings terms and conditions remain unchanged, and we thank you for your support.
