Please note that showers may be limited, therefore we would appreciate members using their own facilities. Your consideration in this matter will free up the limited number of showers at the AREC centre. |
Early Arrivals |
Some visitors may receive an invitation to arrive earlier eg. volunteers. These invitations may not be issued until the ground management plans have been finalised. |
Email address |
No correspondence will be sent by post. Please provide your email address or someone else’s who will ensure that you will be kept up-to-date with rally information. |
Pets |
Dogs must be kept on a leash of no longer than 2 metres at all times. No Pets are allowed in eating areas. Owners are responsible for disposing of all Pet waste. Pet owners are included within the general allotment; pet owners are not designated to separate areas. There will be a designated enclosed ‘Dog Run’ area, in AREC, where you can let your dogs run off their leash. Dogs must not be left unsupervised in this area. Power & Water for unpowered sites |
Personal generators may be used between 8am and 9pm. Water taps may have to be shared |
Power Extension Leads |
Must be tagged and tested within the last 12 months. All leads must be 15amp compliant when connecting RVs to the Site's Power Supply |
